SteonMod

Updated from GitHub automatically

Every game-inside-a-game mod, tracked.

Passthrough mods run two real games at once and stitch them together: Minecraft inside Skyrim, Spider-Man swinging through Gotham. We find every one we can, follow their releases, and help you get them running.

How passthrough mods work

  1. 1

    Two real games run

The game you play (the host) and the game being brought in (the guest), which usually runs hidden.

  2. 2

    A small mod in each

They swap data dozens of times a second: where you are, what the ground looks like, who got hit.

  3. 3

    One picture

The host draws the guest's blocks, mobs or moves inside its own world, so it feels like one game.

Know a project we're missing?

The crawler finds most things on GitHub by itself, but mods on Nexus, CurseForge or in a Discord post need a person. Submissions are checked by a moderator before they go live.
