Terms of use

By using SteonMod you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.

What this site is

A community index that links to game modding projects hosted elsewhere. We don't host mods or game files, and we're not affiliated with any game publisher or with the projects listed. Projects are made by their own authors, under their own licences.

Using mods is at your own risk

Mods and rewrites listed here are experimental fan projects. They can crash games, corrupt saves, or stop working after updates. Always download from official sources, back up your saves, and never use them in online games with anti-cheat. We check listings, but we can't guarantee any third-party software is safe or works.

Community rules

When you post, submit or report, you agree not to:

• share or request pirated games, game files, cracks, "repacks" or anything that bypasses copy protection;
• post malware, or links to it, or impersonate a project's author;
• promote cheats for online games;
• harass people, post hateful or sexual content, or spam;
• post other people's private information.

Moderators may edit, hide or delete content and suspend accounts that break these rules.

Your content

You keep the rights to what you post. By posting, you allow us to display it on this site and in its feeds and API. You're responsible for having the right to post it.

Listings

Project pages are built from public repository data plus moderator edits. Authors can ask for corrections or removal of their listing at any time.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the current version is always on this page. Contact: the site admins (see the Discord).
